At RareBath, every bathtub is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, crafted from a single block of petrified wood. Given their extraordinary weight (over 1,200 kg) and value, we provide only White Glove Shipping Services to ensure your purchase is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Shipping Method

  • White Glove Delivery Only – All RareBath bathtubs are delivered via premium white glove logistics partners, trained to handle oversized and high-value items.

  • Specialized Equipment – Heavy-duty lifting equipment, protective crating, and multi-person delivery teams are used for safe handling.

  • Indoor Placement – Delivery includes placement of the bathtub inside your home at the location of your choice (ground floor access unless otherwise arranged).

Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 2–3 weeks for final inspection, secure packaging, and scheduling.

  • Transit Time: 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance (for international orders).

  • Appointment Scheduling: You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm a convenient date and time.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Site Preparation: Customers must ensure that the delivery path (doors, hallways, staircases, and flooring) can accommodate an item weighing over 1,200 kg.

  • Structural Readiness: We strongly recommend consulting with a contractor or architect to confirm floor load capacity before delivery.

  • Access Requirements: If crane service or special lifting equipment is required to place the bathtub, these arrangements must be communicated in advance. Additional costs may apply.

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic (U.S.) Deliveries: White Glove shipping fees are calculated based on destination and access requirements.

  • International Deliveries: All international orders ship via white glove freight forwarding with customs handling. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Insurance & Liability

  • Full Insurance Coverage: Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value.

  • Condition Check: Customers are required to inspect the item upon delivery. Any issues must be documented with photos/videos and reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Damage in Transit: In the rare event of shipping damage, RareBath will coordinate with the carrier and insurance provider for resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and extremely rare nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged during transit and verified by our shipping partner.
